	Mark Vancalbergh - President The son of Julian Vancalbergh, one of the founding members of the company, Mark has been involved in the family business his whole life and has learned from the ground up including repair and rebuilding. Mark duties now involve purchasing of equipment, tooling and repair parts, along with the day to day operations. fourway@fourway.com
	Charlene Wireman - Office Manager Charlene takes care of all invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable including all other office operations.
	Tim Cole - Parts Washer Sales Tim started in the screw machine industry when he finished school in 1976. Tim's career in the screw machines started out as an machine operator, then worked his way into set-ups to supervisor at local manufacturing companies, Tim came to Fourway in 1983 as a repairman and has been our plant supervisor/manager since 1989. Tim's oversees all repair, rebuilding, turn-keys, service calls and helps out in other areas such as product development, research and testing.
